"Working late into Friday night, congressional and White House negotiators finally agreed on a plan to pay for government operations through the end of September while trimming $38.5 billion in spending." ON THE BUDGET!

The "budget" is an imaginary number - ask any accountant! - your budget is a number that you MAKE UP that has nothing to do with your actual gross or net. So what difference does it make to cut $38 billion in spending from a number that doesn't reflect any real difference in the actual amounts being spent or collected? What does the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report say about their actual gross and net and how does that relate to any real spending? How does that relate to what is really being purchased? Where does the money REALLY come from? There is no shortage of money, and any "government shut down" is strictly for the same purposes that things were shut down in 1933 - to force the people into a position of submission so that they would be forced to seek a solution from the same tyrants that created the problem. >:(
GRRRR....!!!!
